This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Glapp digital playbooks ("Playbooks") on glapp.io.

1) The short version
Playbooks are digital PDFs delivered instantly by email. Because digital products can't be "returned," all sales are final once delivery begins, except in the limited cases below.
2) What counts as "delivery"
Delivery begins when we send the email containing your Playbook PDF attachment to the email address you provide at checkout.
3) When we will refund
We will issue a refund in these situations:
1. Delivery failure
If you don't receive your Playbook email or the PDF won't open, contact us and we will resend or provide an alternative delivery method. If we can't successfully deliver the Playbook, we will refund you.
2. Duplicate charges
If you were charged twice for the same Playbook, we will refund the duplicate charge.
3. Billing errors
If we charged the wrong amount due to our mistake, we will correct it (including by refunding the difference).
4) When we don't refund
We don't offer refunds for:
- change of mind / "not what I expected" after delivery begins, or
- failure to read the product description before purchase.
5) How to request help (or a refund)
Email hi@glapp.io within 30 days of purchase and include:
- the email used at checkout, and
- your Stripe receipt/order confirmation (or the date/time of purchase).
We typically resolve delivery issues by resending the email or providing an alternative delivery method.
6) Legal rights
This Refund Policy doesn't limit any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply based on your location.
