What's the time window for semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy)?
Ozempic and Wegovy have a 5-day window. If 5 days or less have passed since your missed dose, take it as soon as you remember. If more than 5 days have passed, skip the missed dose and take your next scheduled dose.
What's the time window for tirzepatide (Mounjaro/Zepbound)?
Mounjaro and Zepbound have a 4-day (96-hour) window. If 4 days or less have passed since your missed dose, take it as soon as you remember. If more than 4 days have passed, skip and wait for your next scheduled dose.
What if I'm past the time window?
Skip the missed dose and take your next scheduled dose on your regular day. Never double up doses to make up for a missed one.
How close together can I take doses?
For semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy), never take two doses within 48 hours (2 days). For tirzepatide (Mounjaro/Zepbound), never take two doses within 72 hours (3 days).
