Your Routine at a Glance
Find your last dose and next scheduled shot. Log injections, track sites, and set reminders that fit your prescribed schedule.
Glapp is a free GLP-1 tracker app for iPhone, Android and web that keeps your shots, weight, side effects, food noise and medication supply in one place.
A useful log answers everyday questions: when was my last shot, where did I inject, and how did I feel afterward? Start with the details that matter to you.
| Keep a record of | What it helps you look back at |
|---|---|
| Shots & injection sites | Medication, dose, date, time, and site, so your last injection is easy to find and rotating sites is simpler. |
| Weight | Your trend over time and the dose you were taking alongside each entry. |
| Side effects | What you felt, how strong it was, and when it happened in relation to a shot. |
| Hunger & food noise | Your appetite, and food noise — the persistent thoughts about food many people notice fading after a shot — recorded across the week. |
| Medication supply | Which vial or pen you used, what remains, and its expiration or beyond-use date. |
You choose what to log. A pattern in your records is a conversation starter with your clinician, not proof that a dose or injection site caused a change.
Find your last dose and next scheduled shot. Log injections, track sites, and set reminders that fit your prescribed schedule.
Shot phases visualize your weekly cycle alongside the medication-level estimate. Look back at each phase with your own hunger and symptom logs for context.
Track vials and pens, remaining medication, and important dates. Linked shots deduct from your supply as you log them.

See your weight history alongside published group averages from the STEP, SURMOUNT and TRIUMPH-1 studies. The curves are averages for a study group, not a forecast of your own results.
How the trial charts work
An estimate, not a measurement. Medication-level charts use published population data and your entries. They cannot measure your individual response or tell you what dose to take. How Glapp estimates medication levels · Half-lives and sources.
Create your account, choose your medication, and add your prescribed schedule. Already tracking elsewhere? Explore Glapp's import options during setup.
Record your shot when you take it. Use daily check-ins for weight, side effects, hunger, food noise, mood, energy, and sleep.
Look back at your logs before an appointment. Note what changed, when it changed, and the questions you want to ask your clinician.

A GLP-1 tracker is an app for recording your medication doses, injection sites, weight, and how you feel. Glapp puts these records alongside estimated medication levels so you can look back at your own routine and bring clearer questions to your clinician.
Start with the tasks you need each week: dose and site logging, reminders, weight trends, and side effect tracking. Then check which features are free, whether the app works on your devices, and how it stores your history. Glapp also includes medication-level estimates, hunger and food noise tracking, and vial and pen inventory.
Food noise is the everyday term for persistent, intrusive thoughts about food; researchers describe it as food cue reactivity. Many people on a GLP-1 notice it quieten after a shot and return later in the week. In Glapp’s daily check-in you rate food noise on a five-point scale from Silent to Obsessive, alongside hunger and cravings, and the app plots those ratings alongside your shot days. Estimated medication levels are available in a separate chart.
Free is a permanent plan, not a trial, and no card is required. Shots, weight, side effects, hunger and food noise, estimated medication levels, shot reminders and vial or pen supply tracking are all free. Glapp Max adds full Progress Reports, Milestones, Predictions, premium support and an ad-free experience. See what’s free.

No. The chart is an estimate based on your logged doses and published pharmacokinetic data. It does not measure your blood levels or account for every individual difference. Use it as context for your records, never to decide when or how much medication to take.
